Downtown Detox is a warm escape nestled in the heart of Toronto! This intimate experience has a small class size of up to 16 guests per session - so you can get all the puppy love. Begin with a flow puppy yoga and end with with a relaxing sauna session. It’s the perfect urban retreat to refresh your mind, body, and spirit.
