The Puppysphere Experience
Join us for the most adorable puppy yoga experience in Montreal! Each session features a 75 minute puppy experience - beginning with 45 minutes of flow yoga among a litter of adorable puppies, followed by 30 minutes of puppy snuggles while enjoying refreshing wellness drinks.

- Complimentary Yoga Mat for the Session
*We transformed our drink service into a new concept: cold-pressed juice and infused sparkling drinks. Your wellness journey just got more refreshing.
Location: Our classes are held at 4030 Saint Ambroise St, Montreal, QC H4C 2E1
The class is 16+ (ages 14+ can attend while supervised by an attendee aged 16+).
All guests must arrive with a valid ID or a picture of their ID showing their date of birth (Passport, Insurance Card, School ID, or Drivers Licence). Every guest, including the supervising attendee, must purchase a ticket.

Arrive 10 minutes early; late entry is not permitted after 10 minutes from the start time. Participation involves inherent risks, including potential scratches or bites. While we prioritize the well-being of our animals, interaction is not guaranteed. All attendees must sign a waiver before participating in the session. Classes will be taught in English and French (bilingual).

Our events are designed with puppy safety and wellness in mind.
Meet the litter.
Puppy breeds for yoga classes are announced 3 days before the scheduled class on our Instagram Stories & Story Highlights.
We partner with local breeders for our public Puppy Yoga & Bubbly classes. After each event, the puppies will return to their breeders' nurturing environment, where they continue to thrive and receive the care they deserve.
It's good for the puppies too.
