Jack Jackson is an award winning Toronto based dog photographer and co-founder of the social impact project Don't You Want Me. Jack's dog photography combines his love of the outdoors with an ability to capture dogs in moments of pure unadulterated joy. ‘Don’t You Want Me’ reveals the bond between queer and trans people and their rescue dogs, cultivating empathy, understanding and admiration through photography and storytelling. Jack has toured Canada with his work this year and alongside his private client and commercial work he is currently working on a documentary and a book.

PumpkinFest Toronto

When: Saturday October 8 - Monday October 10, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Where: Downsview Park - 35 Carl Hall Road


PumpkinFest Toronto is an amazing, three-weekend, outdoor event, offering a giant pumpkin patch, photo ops galore, midway rides, inflatable slides, fun games, an inflatable corn maze, trampolines, awesome food, a range of children’s and family entertainment as well as an antique miniature train ride. The paw-some and ever-popular SuperDogs join Pumpkinfest once again to amuse and entertain. All this family fun is included in the admission price of $25 per person online or $30 at the gate. Children under two years old are free (admission only, no rides). Food, merchant vendors, games, rock wall climbing and pony rides are an extra charge.


Whether you want to eat it for Thanksgiving or enjoy it as a decoration for Halloween, finding the perfect pumpkin is fun and easy at Peter’s Pumpkin Patch. Selecting a pumpkin is great family fun for generations of family members. They gather in the patch to choose a pumpkin, make memories and find some fantastic photo ops.

Come out and learn about the ghosts that are haunting Toronto's older buildings. We will be touring the older part of Toronto and learn about the many ghosts and haunted times of Toronto.....You will learn the story of why we don't like clowns in Toronto and the hangs that use to take place night downtown. This will be a night to remember.

Brave the darkness as we head into the city to explore the ghostly haunts of the Old Town of York, and hear tales of dread and mystery from those who walked Toronto's streets before us. The walk will proceed rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. Tours start/end at Toronto's First Post Office.

Come out and learn about the ghosts of University of Toronto and the surrounding area. Learn about what the Christie's (of Mr. Christie cookies) was hiding in their house or what is lurking inside Queen Parks and it's not Doug Ford! or that story of the little girl that is never happy. The tour will only last about an 90mins.

When the calendar moves to October that means it’s officially spooky season in Toronto!


Join us on October 21st at 7 pm as we partner with The Haunted Walks for their ‘Spirits of the Distillery District Ghost Tour!’
They say animals have a 6th sense when it comes to ghosts and spirits, so grab your pooch and clutch that leash tight as you take the 75-minute outdoor walking tour. 


Walk the cobblestone streets of the Distillery District following your guide in lantern light as you learn about gruesome accidents, the perilous world of whiskey-making, and the War of 1812. After the tour hang out and chat with other parents and pups about your favorite spooky story while warming up.


While not mandatory, costumes (for your pup) are strongly encouraged and might just be rewarded!

Dress your pup up and join as we make Queen Street W our very own personal pup-runway! This is going to be one fun spook-tacular walk!


Who doesn't love dressing up their dog in a cute costume or seeing a group walking down the streets of our city? Our dog walk isn't just going to be your basic costume dog walk! We have a bunch of other fun activities planned, including a doggy costume contest, sipping on apple cider, and goodie bags filled with ghoul-ishly cool things for you and your pup! And if that's not enough, we'll also be giving you a sneak peek into Doggo's upcoming (dog-friendly of course!) immersive Halloween activity coming up Saturday October 29th!


This is a free event, and everyone is welcome – even if you don’t have a dog of your own. Come dressed in your best costume and join the fun! We can't wait to see all the creative costumes out there.

This tour is about the ghosts that loved or hate these sites that now they haunt them. Some did die in some of these buildings but most did not....Ghosts are very funny that way.

Where: Vista Trail Trailhead, Rouge National Urban Park1749 Meadowvale Road Toronto, ON 


This will be a loop hike of approximately 7.5km on Rouge Park that is located adjacent to the Toronto Zoo. Off Zoo Road, this area of the park is known for its rare forests, restored wetlands, and stunning fall colours. Popular activities include hiking, bird-watching and fall photography. You are welcome to bring your camera and hopefully, we will be able to see some beautiful fall colours!


Let's Hike T.O. is a hiking community open to everyone with a focus on newcomers, people of colour, and young adults aged 20-40. All are welcome on our walks.

Celebrate the fall season with this cozy outdoor food and wine pop-up experience with a pumpkin vibe in the heart of downtown Toronto.


There will be live acoustic music performances during the week and on the weekends the pumpkin patch will turn into a dance floor live with a DJ!


The pop-up includes a wood fire bbq pit and wood fire oven that offers fall-inspired bites, served in a squash or pumpkin. There are many vegetarian options and lots of unique and fun cuisine to try.


The experience is built around a mini pumpkin patch that guests can pick or paint. There are a ton of activities to do like pumpkin bowling or taking a picture on the hay bale sofa.
